7718828 Virginia Beach PUBLIC HEARING CAFÉ FRANCHISE ON CITY PROPERTY The Virginia Beach City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Hall – Bldg. #1, at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center.

The purpose of this hearing will be to obtain public comment on the proposed outdoor sidewalk café franchises on City-owned property: 405 19th Street, Suite 115 for Grill Virginia Beach, LLC 332 20th Street, Suite 120 for Mi Vida Virginia Beach, LLC
