7881424 Virginia Beach PUBLIC HEARING DECLARATION AND CONVEYANCE OF EXCESS CITY PROPERTY The Virginia Beach City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall – Bldg. 1 at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center.

The purpose of this hearing will be to obtain public input to determine whether the following property should be declared in excess of the City's needs and conveyed to Barrs Road LLC or an affiliated entity: Three (3) parcels located in Burton Station known as 1229 Barrs Road (GPIN: 1459-71-2229), 1231 Barrs Road (GPIN: 1459-71-1387) and 1249 Barrs Road (GPIN: 1459-71-3651) to be exchanged for property owned by Barrs Road LLC needed for a future pump station site.
